La Diosa árbol-serpiente convertida en degenerado símbolo del mal por el patriarcalismo.
No obstante para la cultura celta el Árbol siguió representando a la Diosa, a la divinidad creadora y salvadora, en vez de los dioses solares y los Mesías. Retornar a la tierra, al árbol, era retornar a la diosa y su reino preternatural. La sangre del auténtico Santo Grial era la Sangre Sagrada de la diosa y de la tierra. El Árbol de la diosa destila la leche salvadora e inmortal. O bien produce los frutos que conducen a ese estado de transformación.
La sangre o leche de la diosa árbol-serpiente-tierra conduce al reino sagrado, llamado Paraíso, Avalon o Reino Preternatural. Reino eterno donde el ser individual se vuelve inmortal (y conexionado con el Todo) frente al reino mortal y fragmentado donde habita nuestra conciencia, aprisionada en viejas estructuras mentales y biológicas que poseen férreo poder.
Los cristianos readaptaron el viejo mito de la diosa árbol fusionándolo con el de un mesías salvador. Así este muere en un Madero o Cruz-Árbol que simboliza el Axis Mundi de la Diosa. Muere en el Árbol para así renacer transformado después, al igual que lo hace Odín colgado cabeza abajo en el fresno cósmico Iggdrasil. Cristo se fusiona con la Madre-Árbol mediante su muerte y por ello de su cuerpo surge la sangre mística que mana de la herida de su costado. Por ello la sangre de Cristo en el santo grial cristiano es la misma sangre de la Diosa-Árbol-Tierra-Serpiente del mito eterno. Cristo desciende con su muerte a la Tierra o Reino de la Diosa para así renacer investido del poder inmortal divino. Pero en realidad este mito es extensible a todo ser humano y no a ningún dios descendido del cielo que mantiene la creencia cristiana.
Es destacable que el controvertido mito de los vampiros es una degeneración de estos principios iniciáticos. El vampiro, hijo de la noche, descansa bajo tierra o dentro de un ataúd de madera (árbol sagrado) para despertar a una vida inmortal. Supuestamente se alimenta de la sangre de los mortales, lo cual es una tergiversación o deformación del mito original. También el mito literario o cinematográfico del hombre lobo es otra tergiversación del mito original.
En realidad el vampiro auténtico se alimenta de la sangre de la tierra o sangre de la diosa (sangre grialiana), que es la única que puede conferir la vibración energética de la eternidad. La sangre es un símbolo de vida eterna, pues es obvio que perderla biológicamente lleva a los seres vivos a la muerte. Pero místicamente se trata únicamente de un mero símbolo. Es obvio que la sangre de la diosa es una energía vibratoria cósmica que se halla depositada en el interior del universo.
Que los vampiros de la tradición patriarcal rechacen la luz solar o la cruz solar no es sino otro símbolo de que representan una vieja religión que fue perseguida por las nuevas religiones solares. Ellos permanecen fieles a la diosa y por ello sólo salen bajo la influencia lunar. Pero todo esto no es sino un cuento al igual que lo de los ajos, los espejos, etc. El trasfondo vampírico ha sobrevivido sin embargo en el mismo cristianismo donde el propio Cristo ofrece su sangre (divina o inmortal) para que la beban sus seguidores y así despierten (sólo es un ritual simbólico) a la supuesta vida eterna.
Mas toda esta sangre que mencionamos no es ni la de Cristo ni la de los Vampiros (que también cuando la dan a beber a alguien lo convierten en un nuevo vampiro o ser inmortal) sino la sagrada sangre divina de la Diosa-Árbol-Tierra-Serpiente. Todos los demás mitos proceden de ahí, que es el único original.
